The available convex surface in the Ram 2500’s trailer tow mirrors are independently power adjusted.
A Class-Exclusive feature on Ram Heavy Duty pickups, the power-adjusted convex mirror surface can be aimed separately from the rest of the mirror for unparalleled blind-spot visibility – especially critical when towing a trailer. Convex mirror controls are located on the driver’s door.
For even greater safety in the dark, trailer spotter lights located on the outside mirrors light the full length of the truck and trailer with powerful bright-white LED illumination.
Cab and Box Combinations
The Ram 2500 offers 3 cabs and 2 box sizes. Both cargo boxes feature top rail covers for added durability.
Regular Cab comes with the 8' (2.4 m) box, Crew Cab can be paired with the 6'4" (1.9 m) box, or the 8' (2.4 m) box and Mega Cab® comes with the 6'4" (1.9 m) box.
For 2019 the Ram 2500’s frame is both lighter and stronger and features re-engineered cross members for greater towing and hauling capability.
Class-Exclusive RamBox®
The Class-Exclusive RamBox Cargo Management System keeps your 2500’s cargo area tidy and dry.
It’s great for keeping tools and gear tucked away and out of sight. It’s illuminated, waterproof, remotely lockable and comes with a bed extender/divider.
For even more convenience, the RamBox now comes with a 115‑volt electrical outlet. The Class-Exclusive RamBox Cargo Management System is available on Mega Cab and Crew Cab models with the 6'4" bed.
Sport Appearance Package
The high-value Sport Appearance Package is available on Ram 2500 Bighorn and Laramie® models. The Sport Appearance Package adds striking details and functionality including black interior accents, body-colour door handles and grilles, and painted front and rear bumpers.

Black Appearance Package
The stunning Black Appearance Package is available on Ram 2500 Bighorn and Laramie® models. To create a unique and dramatic look, the Black Appearance Package includes 20‑inch Black painted aluminum wheels, Black interior and exterior accents, Black exterior badging and Gloss Black Grille.
Other dramatic details include body-colour door handles, grille surround, and front and rear bumpers, as well as LT285/60 OWL On/Off-road tires. Laramie models with the Black Appearance Package also feature Black power-folding trailer-tow mirrors with memory.

The new 2019 Ram 2500 features a new rear-axle structural crossmember for increased standard towing capacity and provisions for the available 5th-Wheel/Gooseneck Prep Package.
This package includes mounting hardware, a bed-mounted 7-pin connector, mounting holes and covers. When installed, the 2019 Ram 2500 can achieve 5th-wheel diesel towing of up to 19,780 lb (8,972 kg).
Maintain a Safe Distance Automatically
Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go helps maintain a safe distance from the vehicle ahead. This available system uses advanced technology to automatically adjust your cruise speed to help you maintain a safe, pre-selected distance from the vehicle ahead. Under certain traffic conditions, it can bring the vehicle to a full stop without driver intervention.
The available Forward Collision Warning with Automatic Emergency Braking will activate if it senses an impending collision by alerting you with audible and visual warnings. In the event you don’t respond to the warnings, the system will apply the brakes for maximum deceleration, without driver intervention.
Make Parking (and other things) Easier

The Centre High-Mount Stop Lamp (CHMSL) Camera lets you see what’s happening behind you. The available CHMSL Cargo View Camera provides a full view of the cargo area on your touchscreen, making it easier to check on your cargo or to perform trailer hookups.
If your Ram 2500 is equipped with both the CHMSL Camera and the ParkView Rear Back-Up Camera, you can toggle between both views on the touchscreen.
