The 4th-generation systems with full-colour, 7-inch touchscreen display comes as standard on Rubicon and Sahara models, and comes with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility as well as a 1-year SiriusXM satellite radio subscription. You can also choose the available Uconnect 4C NAV 8.4-inch touchscreen and premium GPS navigation system.
Convenient Entry
Thanks to Keyless Enter 'n GoTM, you can drop the classic Dig and Search move for your keys. This standard feature allows you to simply grab a door handle to either lock or unlock the doors. This also works for opening the rear swing gate.
With the Smart Remote Start System – standard on models with the 8-speed automatic transmission – you can start the engine with a fob from as far away as 90 metres (295 feet). You can also activate the climate control system and turn on available heated front seats and steering wheel.

The 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine comes as standard and offers great fuel-efficiency thanks to its use of Engine Stop-Start (ESS) technology plus Best-in-Class 285 hp. Along with its 6-speed manual or 8-speed automatic transmission, it can churn out 260 lb-ft of torque.
You can also choose the available 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with eTorque to get 270 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque.

Available on all 2019 Wrangler models is the 8-speed automatic TorqueFlite transmission that was designed to optimize your engine output whether it’s off-roading or on the highway.
It adjusts its shifting patterns to improve performance on the rough trails and poor driving conditions, and then to optimize fuel economy and drivability balance on smooth city roads. So wherever you are, your Wrangler will automatically attune to perform the way you need it to.
Radar-Sensors for Safer Lane Changes
The Wrangler comes with available radar-sensing technology that makes both changing lanes and parking safer and easier. Blind-Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross-Path Detection use the sensors to detect if other vehicles are close to you or enter your blind spots, and deliver a warning light and/or audible chime so you know it isn’t safe to change lanes. Meanwhile, the Rear Cross-Path Detection system also warns you of vehicles or objects that are behind you as you are backing into or out of a parking spot or driveway.
Parking Assistance Technology for Easier Parking
Everyone knows how painful it can be to park in the city sometimes, which is why the 2019 Wrangler comes with ParkView Rear Back-Up Camera as standard — it displays a wide-angle camera feed of the area behind you when you set the vehicle in reverse, with dynamic gridlines to help guide you back into a parking spot, trailer hitch, or boat launch. The Wrangler also has available Park-Sense Rear Park Assist System that uses sensors and alarms to notify you when you are getting close to an object or hazard while you are backing up.
