Design

There’s no mistaking a Challenger when you see one. The iconic Challenger body style and contouring are apparent in this latest model, with a nod to the original 1970s design. Pairing classic lines with modern features, this 2020 model is meant to look like the original Challenger. You’ll notice these reminiscent details in features like the long front hood and short tail, its front split grille and split tail lamps.

Some of the 2020 Challenger models also pay homage to some of Dodge’s other iconic original muscle cars. Particularly apparent in the SRT Hellcat models, you’ll find design accents reminiscent of the 1970 Dart Swinger and the 1971 Demon.

But you’ll find several new contemporary design features that you’ll love, too. Appearance options now include 6 new 19” and 20” wheels, as well as available Warp Speed Granite aluminum rims. The Wide Body appearance package is also now available on 3 different Challenger models. And the Challenger is now available in 12 different paint colours.

You’ll also love the interior of the Challenger. With driver and experience-focused features, you’re sure to enjoy the space. You can decide between 12 different single or dual-tone interior seating colours, finished in either leather or sport cloth. Seating is designed with passenger comfort in mind, and it includes a 10-way power driver’s seat with a 4-way lumbar support adjustment.

With the 2020 Dodge Challenger, modernizing this classic dream car is so much fun.

Power

The Challenger features either a TREMEC 6-speed manual transmission or the advanced-tech TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission. With TorqueFlite technology, you’ll get the same feel as a manual shifter. But for an even greater experience, the standard Auto/Stick feature allows you to drive like a manual.

When it comes to power delivery, you won’t be disappointed either. Depending on the model you choose, you’ll feel the performance from one of 5 engine options:

• 3.6L Pentastar VVT V6 – delivers 305 horsepower and 268 lb.-ft of torque

• 5.7L HEMI VVT V8 – delivers 375 horsepower and 410 lb.-ft. of torque

• 6.4L SRT HEMI V8 – delivers 485 horsepower and 475 lb.-ft. of torque

• 6.2L Supercharged HEMI SRT Hellcat V8 – delivers 717 horsepower and 656 lb.-ft. of torque

• High Output 6.2L Supercharged HEMI SRT Hellcat Redeye V8 – 797 horsepower and 707 lb.-ft. of torque

You’ll also have all-wheel drive capability, so you don’t just have power, you have incredible handling on any road condition. No matter what model and engine type you choose, you’ll feel incomparable exhilaration behind the wheel.

Technology

The 2020 Challenger is packed with technology to make your drive easier and safer. From SiriusXM entertainment to phone connectivity capability, you’ll have your favourite media at your fingertips or via voice command, all displayed on the touchscreen infotainment system.

You’ll also have technology that keeps you informed and in control. On the 7” cluster display, you’ll see real-time performance metrics and even turn-by-turn navigation. On select Challenger models, you’ll have Performance Pages: providing you with information on activities such as acceleration time, braking distance, G force, horsepower and more.
